The Corporate Brand Designer will be the guardian of the ChangeMakers brand, maintaining consistency, strengthening visual impact, and creating engaging materials that reflect who we are and what we stand for. You'll be working with an established brand but will also be responsible for developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure clarity, consistency, and room for evolution as we grow.

You will design a wide range of corporate marketing materials across digital, social, and paid media platforms, bringing both creative flair and strong organizational skills to everything you do. You are not only creatively driven but also highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and brand integrity.

You're a thoughtful designer who understands the power of strong brand systems and how design can elevate corporate storytelling. You're hands-on, highly collaborative, and proactive—comfortable taking creative direction, but also ready to suggest ideas that move our brand forward.

You will be expected to work from the downtown Toronto office for a minimum of three days per week.

**Portfolio is required for the submission of this role**

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and evolve the ChangeMakers corporate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all applications

  • Translate strategy and messaging into clean, compelling, on-brand visuals
  • Ensure all creative assets meet accessibility standards, technical specifications, and platform guidelines
  • Support internal brand education and consistency across the organization
  • Stay current with design and branding trends to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table

Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand or graphic design, ideally in a corporate or agency setting
  • A strong portfolio of brand-aligned corporate design work across digital, social, and print

  • Good understanding of website design, UX/UI and functionality
  • Strong knowledge of branding, layout, typography, and digital design best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects or Premiere Pro)
