As our Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing branch operations, including technical services delivery and customer support related to our portfolio of fire and life safety services, and solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Champion safety leadership in all aspects of the operations through regular communication of safety objectives; review of safety performance; and adherence to safety standards, policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient and effective branch operations including management of day to day work as well as multiple projects/contracts of varying scopes and complexity, work schedules, work planning, inventory optimization, work progress, equipment maintenance, work quality and completion of requisite reports and documentation.
- Review and maintain compliance with technical service delivery standards including accuracy and timeliness of report completion; responsiveness to identified deficiencies; and proactive scheduling of revisits.
- Engage with customers in an effective and timely manner to build meaningful customer relationships and proactively respond to identified issues and concerns.
- Optimize local service delivery opportunities and existing client relationships in collaboration and consultation with sales and operational team members.
- Lead achievement of branch sales and service delivery deliverables, in consultation with the Regional Manager.

Qualifications:
- Relevant field or operations leadership experience in operations management, fire and life safety services, industrial field services, or related areas.
- Supervisory, management, leadership or other related training.
- 5+ years experience in operational management leading a field service delivery team complemented by experience in the fire and life safety industry.
- Valid Drivers License.
