We're hiring a Senior Technical Success Analyst to lead technical client relationships, drive delivery efficiency, and collaborate closely with product and engineering. We're looking for someone with strong expertise in architecture, DevOps, and microservices who can proactively drive execution and bridge business and technical teams.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
2+ years of hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment
Proven ability to use Jira and Jira Advanced Roadmaps (Plans) to manage delivery timelines, track dependencies, and align cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success in managing technical client relationships, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and coordinating with developers to resolve issues
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business goals into actionable engineering tasks
- Experience working with microservices architectures, CI/CD pipelines, or containerized deployments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
