Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Structural Steel Rolling Operator to join our growing team in Brampton, Ontario. As a Steel Rolling Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining rolling machines to shape and bend structural steel according to blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rolling machines to bend or shape structural steel materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Set up and adjust rolling equipment to ensure proper alignment and accuracy.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols at all times.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in structural steel rolling, fabrication, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of rolling machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
