Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for an IT Service Desk Technician to join our team at Dilawri, Mississauga. This stationary role will serve our Canadian and US stores.

Responsibilities:
- Certificates of training are an asset, but not mandatory
- Handle a variety of requests that include distribution to support, setting user passwords, create and troubleshooting account issues.
- Hardware setup and troubleshoot of end user's workstations
- Support a variety of support for different types of IT related hardware: Printers, faxes, phones, etc.
- Maintain resolutions and tracking of issues with IT Ticketing system
- Handle special projects related to IT with little or no supervision
Qualifications:
- Have a degree in computer science or diploma in computer related studies
- Experience working at an IT desk, assisting multi rooftops
