Prepare financial information, journal entries for monthly and annual financial reporting, analysis and reconciliations of intercompany and other balance sheet accounts, preparation of financial statements, review of Accounts Payable invoices and payments for Canadian and US operations.

ResponsibilitiesClient relationship & Business development- Provide meaningful financial analysis and support to operational team
- Prepare and generate internal financial reporting
- Assist in ensuring internal controls to minimize risk exposure
- Collaborate with personnel in various TRIGO entities
- Assist in meeting TRIGO reporting deadlines
- Validate AP payments for Canada and USA
- Prepare for and attend monthly financial meetings if required
- Provide support for parent company reporting requirements
- Analyze / review financial data for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare month-end journal entries
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Provide in-depth analysis and account analysis summaries as required
- Prepare month end balance sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare year end account reconciliations and working papers for audits
- Prepare intercompany reconciliations summaries to communicate with collection team
- Participate in continuous process improvement of the organization
- Ensure that financial information is accurate and complete
- Assist with financial reporting in PBCS/HFM financial systems
- Participate in upgrades to financial or operational systems, as needed
- Knowledge of relevant financial accounting standards
