Millwork/Carpentry Manufacturing looking for an experienced Production Manager / Foreman to work on some of the most prestigious millwork projects across Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 30-40 employees in a busy manufacturing environment
• Manage production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of projects
• Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship
• Implement best practices to drive efficiency and productivity
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

Compensation: Salary offered depends on experience, with the opportunity for incentives.

Schedule: 7:00 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional time on Saturdays
