We are seeking a motivated and reliable Carpenter to assist with commercial and residential door installations. This position involves supporting lead carpenters and installers with tasks such as handling tools and materials, preparing work areas, and learning hands-on installation techniques. Ideal for individuals looking to grow in the carpentry or door installation trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of interior and exterior doors, frames, and hardware

• Load, unload, and stage tools and materials at job sites

• Measure, cut, and prep materials under supervision

• Remove old doors and hardware, clean openings, and prep for new installations

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Perform other carpentry-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of hand/power tools

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Prior construction or carpentry experience is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
