1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a Senior Product Manager for our TTM (Truck Team Member) mobile app. This is a strategic and execution-focused leadership role responsible for driving the success of products through effective roadmap planning, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This role manages the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional value to users and customers.

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENTOur motto "It's All About People" drives us to create a hybrid work model that promotes collaboration, celebration, and connection, while giving you the flexibility to work where it makes sense for you.- Vancouver-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs; approx. 6 days per month). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
???? A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
- Gather and prioritize requirements, balancing customer feedback with business goals and technical constraints.
- Track product performance and use data insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Mentor other product managers and contribute to the overall maturing of the product management function.
???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Senior Product Leadership: 7+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 3+ years at a Senior level, including defining and executing product strategy and roadmaps.
- Logistics/Transportation Network Products: Proven experience building logistics, fleet or transportation network solutions.
- Integrated Mobile Focus: Expertise in leading mobile application development that include integrating with other products across diverse technology platforms. Delivering cohesive user experiences to frontline teams and drivers.
- User & Data Driven: Deep empathy for user pain points, translating them into clear problem statements and ultimately solutions. Proficient at using data and KPIs to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Strategic & Collaborative: Ability to think strategically about complex problems, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across all levels (engineering, operations, front line teams, executive).
- Technical & Automation Mindset: Solid understanding of modern software development, with a keen interest in leveraging automation and AI for operational efficiency.
- Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)
