- Manage RCY operations, budgets, and contracts
- Supervise and develop a dynamic caseworker team
- Review and support the implementation of all youth case plans
- Deliver direct casework and ensure service excellence
- Collaborate with the Ministry of Justice and community partners
- Evaluate, adapt, and grow the RCY program with strategic insight
- 1+ years of experience in youth care or human services
- 1+ years of leadership/management experience
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Strong understanding of justice system, trauma, and youth development
- High emotional intelligence, organization, and communication skills
- Knowledge of FASD, ADHD, and exceptionalities
- Experience in job coaching or program coordination
- Motivational interviewing or nonviolent communication training
- Valid SK Driver's License & Driver's Abstract
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Clearance
- Flexibility in scheduling, including some evening/weekend work
