Job Title: Program Manager – Regina Connected Youth (RCY)
Reports to: Sr Director of People & Programs
Location: Regina, SK – Head Office, Remote, and Field Work
Employment Type: Full-time (30–40 hrs/week)
Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Lead with Purpose.Street Culture Project is hiring a Manager for our RCY (Regina Connected Youth) program—a key leadership position driving innovation, community partnerships, and frontline impact. If you're passionate about justice, youth empowerment, and values-aligned leadership, this may be the role for you.What You'll Do:
  • Manage RCY operations, budgets, and contracts
  • Supervise and develop a dynamic caseworker team
  • Review and support the implementation of all youth case plans
  • Deliver direct casework and ensure service excellence
  • Collaborate with the Ministry of Justice and community partners
  • Evaluate, adapt, and grow the RCY program with strategic insight
What You Bring:
  • 1+ years of experience in youth care or human services
  • 1+ years of leadership/management experience
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Strong understanding of justice system, trauma, and youth development
  • High emotional intelligence, organization, and communication skills
Bonus If You Have:
  • Knowledge of FASD, ADHD, and exceptionalities
  • Experience in job coaching or program coordination
  • Motivational interviewing or nonviolent communication training
Requirements:
  • Valid SK Driver's License & Driver's Abstract
  • Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Clearance
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including some evening/weekend work
