BC Bike Race is looking for people to join our production crew for this year's race.You would be working from June 27th to July 8th, assisting the base camp crew with:

• Prepare production trucks for race weeks

• Oversee the following:

• Troubleshoot issues that arise at Base Camp

• Manage Base Camp install/ strike (inflatables, tents, fencing, signage, etc)

• Assist with Marketing department and Signage plan

• Provide AV for daily finish line award ceremonies

• Oversee parking control if necessary

• Oversee equipment return to storage on final day

• Other tasks as required

• Return rented supplies as required

• Work with Production team to provide a post event report to the PM

• Work with Team to find ways for innovation, improvement & efficiencies in department

Compensation

• Day rate + Work beyond the race week dates noted (and standard pre-race meetings) will be billed hourly at $30/hr as per Production Managers discretion.
