Hall Mechanical is looking for an experiencedMechanical Site Supervisorto join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality mechanical projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors!

What your day-to-day with look like:

  • You have a strong technical background in plumbing, HVAC, or other mechanical systems, combined with a deep understanding of safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • You possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and projects with precision.

  • Youre proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to ensuring every project is completed on time and on budget.

As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, youll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Reporting to the Superintendent or Field Operations Manager, youll:

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure all work aligns with company standards and client expectations.
  • Lead and mentor Foremen and site staff, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every task.
  • Review and implement project pre-planning, including reviewing drawings for code compliance and material efficiency.
  • Work closely with the safety team to maintain and enforce a strong safety culture on-site.
  • Complete and manage required documentation, including safety reports, system testing, and job management forms in Site Docs.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at site meetings and collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction or a related field.
  • Journeyman or Red Seal certification in a mechanical trade (e.g., plumbing, gas fitting).
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage site teams effectively.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using project management tools like Site Docs.


Considered an Asset:

  • Relevant and local construction industry experience.
  • Additional certifications or training relevant to the role including:
    • First Aid
    • Fall Protection
    • Gas Fitter
    • Boom/Scissor Lift
    • Forklift
