NOW HIRING – Full-Time Sign Post Installer | $18/hr + $0.25/km

Looking for full-time work with flexibility and great pay? We're hiring a Sign Post Installer to deliver and install real estate signs across Southern Ontario – mainly between Hwy 9 and Georgian Bay.

✅ Job Overview:

• Casual position averaging 20–50 hours/week, depending on demand

• Pick up 6x4 ft sign posts from our warehouse

• Drive to properties, hammer in a stake, and zip-tie the sign

• Posts weigh around 35 lbs – you'll use a small sledgehammer

• We'll train you – no experience needed

Pay:

• $18/hour

• $0.25/km (from warehouse to install locations)

• Optional weekend work pays an extra $25 per install

Schedule:

• On-call weekdays, availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM

• You'll be notified by 9 PM the night before if you're working the next day

• Most days run around 10 AM to 6 PM

• Weekends optional, but a great way to earn extra

• Need 3 business days' notice for weekday time off

Requirements:

• Truck or large van (to transport 6-foot posts)

• Physically capable of lifting and hammering

• Full G driver's license

• Available between 8 AM – 8 PM on weekdays

• Good judgment for placing signs – we'll train you to start
