What You'll Do:
- Provide Home, Auto and Life Insurance solutions tailored to our client's needs.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and hold value-driven conversations with potential and existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries on policies, claims and billing with a friendly solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the agent and team to execute marketing strategies and achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with local car dealerships, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and lawyers to expand your network.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking to add to our team of 7 with a self-driven, goal oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Here's what makes a great fit for our team:
- Sales experience – inside or outside, retail or telemarketing is preferred, but not required.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong – client relationships.
- Problem solving mindset and the ability to multi task in a high energy environment.
- Licenses: General Insurance level , Life and Accident & Sickness (preferred but not mandatory). We will pay for courses and sponsor the right candidate to get a license.

Compensation: Base Salary of $45,000 with a 6-12 month training allowance + uncapped commissions & bonuses. (On target earnings - $65,000 - $90,000; potential for $100,000+)
