What you'll be doing * Work with our ticketing system to ensure that every request is addressed as soon as possible. * Answer incoming client calls, triage the issue, and resolve remotely. * Create / administer Office 365 accounts, install and support popular applications, respond to infrastructure and cybersecurity alerts, troubleshoot general IT issues. * Prepare new computers and other products for delivery to clients. * Remote and on-site IT Support of business users * Deliver and setup equipment such as laptops, desktops, WiFi Access Points, printers, etc.. * Pull Ethernet cable to termination points * Terminate Ethernet cables * Install cabinets and racks Working with us * This is a fulltime, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. * Generous benefits package.
