A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, shaping the success and competitive advantage of our organization. You'll serve as the first point of contact for potential future team members, setting the standard for our employee experience. Your responsibilities will include strategically sourcing, assessing, and recruiting candidates aligned with our company goals and values. From partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to negotiating offers with candidates, you'll be instrumental in building a strong pipeline of talent.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 or more years of successful recruiting experience within a variety of industries
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Intermediate knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to manage significant volume shifts within recruitment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in social media, including posting and sourcing.
