CARSTAR Collision and Glass is looking for a Parts Clerk to work in their busy auto collision repair facility. This is a full-time position with opportunity for overtime.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Provide service technicians with parts as required.
• Verify parts for condition, correctness, and inventory them.
• Work with production team to review estimates and parts received for accuracy.
• Ordering parts/supplies, following up on shortages, backorders, and expedited parts; reporting updates to production team.
• Process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required.
• Any other general tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• At least one year's experience in the industry would be an asset.
• Functional/Technical Knowledge of vehicles and repairs is an asset.
• Ability to use multiple computer programs daily.
• Work independently without close supervision.
• Flexible/adaptable to constant change.
• Highly organized individuals with the ability to multitask will be an asset.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and plan work under own initiative.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
