We're looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. This is a remote, hands-on, high-volume role ideal for someone with strong sourcing skills and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.

The focus will primarily be on recruitment in Ontario, but you may also support other areas as needed. You'll be part of a collaborative TA team and have access to the tools and support to hit the ground running.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECRUITER

As a Recruiter, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting our Talent Acquisition efforts during a period of rapid growth. Focused primarily on high-volume recruitment in Ontario, you'll take ownership of sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of roles. You'll partner with TA Partner's, HRBP's, and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, build strong pipelines, and keep the recruitment process moving efficiently. From launching postings and managing our ATS to delivering a seamless candidate experience, you'll be an essential part of helping us bring top talent into the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 or more years of successful recruiting experience within a variety of industries
• Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Intermediate knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to manage significant volume shifts within recruitment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in social media, including posting and sourcing.
