Customer Care Representative – Full-Time | Management Potential

We are a leading and rapidly expanding fundraising company with over 80 offices across Canada and the United States, and we are actively seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team in the Greater Toronto Area. Our organization partners with well-known non-profits and charitable initiatives, providing essential outreach services that drive long-term donor support and public engagement.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with supporters, answering questions regarding our programs and services, and ensuring a professional, respectful experience for all individuals engaged through our outreach efforts. This full-time, in-person position is based at our office near Toronto Pearson Airport, with hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekends are not required.

We are committed to internal growth and promote exclusively from within. Individuals who demonstrate strong performance, leadership qualities, and professionalism may be considered for advancement to management roles within a few months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism

  • Provide accurate information about client services and fundraising programs

  • Troubleshoot and resolve questions or concerns with efficiency and care

  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions

  • Build and retain knowledge of evolving services and campaigns

  • Represent our organization and client partners with integrity

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
