Wage: $20–$23/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, set schedule (typically Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold foods following standardized recipes
- Set up and stock kitchen stations with required supplies
- Ensure all food meets quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor food inventory and report low stock to kitchen management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen preferred
- Experience in banquet facilities, large production kitchens, or fast-paced food prep environments is an asset
- Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and food safety practices
- Able to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure
- Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed
