We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Field Installer Supervisor to lead our installation teams and oversee projects on-site. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of hands-on experience in the construction or installation field, with a proven track record of leadership, project management, and a commitment to safety and quality. As a key member of our field operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities of a Site Supervisor:

• Understanding and following set drawings and scopes of work
• Ensuring staff & sub trades compliance
• Adhering to health & safety
• Communicating with project/field manager via phone, email, use of cloud platforms, database etc.
• Scheduling trades and phases of work
• Documenting site conditions and daily progress
• Thinking ahead to next steps and catching issues ahead of time
• Interacting with other staff, homeowners, clients, sub-trades, product reps, base building, security, inspectors, engineers, architects, consultants etc. etc.
• General building knowledge and skills, compatibility, work ethic etc.

Construction Worker Job Requirements:

• Experience in construction Residential & Commercial
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
• A valid license and reliable vehicale
• Ability to effectively work in a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks
• Willingness to learn and get additional training if necessary
