Known for a commitment to excellence, this team values trust, precision, and long-term partnerships—bringing the same level of professionalism to every project, whether it's a large-scale industrial install or a high-rise retrofit.

We are currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented Account Manager to lead the full customer lifecycle—from new business development to the ongoing expansion and management of client relationships. This position is ideal for a B2B sales professional with a background in mechanical services and a passion for delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full client experience lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding to retention and upselling.

  • Drive new B2B sales with a focus on preventative maintenance contracts and service agreements.

  • Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for expanded services and improved value delivery.

  • Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers in commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized mechanical solutions that meet client needs.

  • Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.

  • Track pipeline activity and performance metrics using CRM tools.

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development within mechanical services, HVAC, or construction.

  • Proven ability to grow revenue, close new contracts, and build long-term client partnerships.

  • Understanding of mechanical systems and preventative maintenance service models.

  • Strong consultative selling approach with an ability to convey technical concepts in business terms.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.

What's Offered:

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and bonuses.

  • Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Career growth opportunities with mentorship and continuous development.

  • A collaborative and supportive workplace culture that rewards impact.
