What you'll do
The Account Executive-Sales cultivates and closes new Account-level relationships, quarterbacking deals from start to finish. This role will be a hybrid of net-new relationships and existing growth within a targeted account. The ideal candidate will be curious by nature, a strategic hunter. The candidate will possess the ability to evangelize and create opportunity in a new category. Strong business acumen and executive presence is a must.
You'll sell products that you believe in, you'll help introduce change to the way your customers manage their risk, drive efficiencies, deliver customer experience and accelerate revenue.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Operations.
Responsibility
- Drive success of the company's goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas
- Drive pipeline in new offerings and solution available from CNDP Consulting Inc.
- Qualify sales opportunities based on CNDP Consulting Inc.'s sales methodology and metrics to include customer fit and success criteria
- Identify, cultivate and close on net-new business as well as manage existing relationships to ensure customer renewals and retention
- Build account plans and strategies for each target account
- Collaborate and engage with internal resources (e.g., Director, Professional Services, Legal) in Sales Campaigns
- Uncover needs and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within the assigned accounts across the Lines of Business, IT, Procurement and Senior Management
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements accurately through proper use of sales tools

Basic
- 3+ years of direct enterprise-level experience in a software sales environment
Nice to Have
- Project Management experience and PMP certification
