MUST:
Must Have - Lawson Development Workbench experience in coding and compiling
Must Have - strong SQL programming skills
Must have - Landmark IPA workflow programming experience
Description:
Experienced programmer/Analyst for the Lawson S3 Human Resources and Payroll applications.
7 years programming experience, preferably in the Lawson HCM ERP environment
5 years experience as a COBOL program developer, preferably MS-COBOL
3 years experience in an HCM ERP environment
Required - Lawson Development Workbench experience in coding and compiling
Required - strong SQL programming skills
Required - Landmark IPA workflow programming experience
Must have some knowledge of HCM components, how it is all integrated into other HCM modules, with Finance, external vendors, financial institutions, and government entities
Collaborative team member
Must be a problem solver and a willingness to brainstorm with colleagues and users
Good communication skills when in team environment, meetings and when collaborating with the user community.
Candidate has project work experience and Go Live migration experience
Willing to perform Production Support duties and being on-call
Must be able to articulate solutions and document it
Adhoc reporting skills are a plus
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook are a plus
