Description:

• Experienced programmer/Analyst for the Lawson S3 Human Resources and Payroll applications.

• 7 years programming experience, preferably in the Lawson HCM ERP environment

• 5 years experience as a COBOL program developer, preferably MS-COBOL

• 3 years experience in an HCM ERP environment

• Required - Lawson Development Workbench experience in coding and compiling

• Required - strong SQL programming skills

• Required - Landmark IPA workflow programming experience

• Must have some knowledge of HCM components, how it is all integrated into other HCM modules, with Finance, external vendors, financial institutions, and government entities

• Collaborative team member

• Must be a problem solver and a willingness to brainstorm with colleagues and users

• Good communication skills when in team environment, meetings and when collaborating with the user community.

• Candidate has project work experience and Go Live migration experience

• Willing to perform Production Support duties and being on-call

• Must be able to articulate solutions and document it

• Adhoc reporting skills are a plus

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook are a plus

• This HCM team must function with a very high level of confidentiality and a strong mind-set of data security
