JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare ingredients and execute dishes to recipe specifications and plating standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely service and quality execution
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
  • Assist with prep work and mise en place for upcoming services
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service to ensure efficient operations
  • Properly store, label, and rotate food items to minimize waste
  • Take direction from the Sous Chef and Head Chef and respond positively to feedback
