Position Overview:
Are you driven, personable, and eager to elevate your career in mortgage sales? We are expanding our dynamic team with a Mortgage Agent/Inside Sales Representative. You'll handle pre-qualified leads, manage live inbound calls, and use your proven sales skills to deliver outstanding client experiences—no cold calling required!

- Competitive Compensation: Starting salary between $60,000 and $70,000 with a clear path to commission-only, typically earning between $100,000–$120,000 annually.

Responsibilities:
- Engage and convert leads provided through our CRM system.
- Handle incoming client calls, offering professional and tailored mortgage solutions.
- Manage relationships with internal agents, lenders, and lawyers to fulfill mortgage conditions.
- Ensure all documentation adheres strictly to FSRA compliance guidelines.
- Meet established sales targets with the support of ongoing training and mentorship.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record in customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively apply a proven sales methodology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years experience as a Mortgage Agent is ideal but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with mortgage products and sales best practices.
