What Youll Be Doing:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive outreach
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Managing the entire recruitment process from job briefing through to offer negotiation and placement
• Working with autonomy in a flexible, hybrid environment

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Legal experience
• Proven track record in business development and client management
• Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for quality delivery
