We are looking for experienced Broadcast Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager for The ONE 88.1 FM “Parkland's Best Country”

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Marketing Diploma and /or equivalent direct sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, selling and presentation skills and Networking skills.
• Strong Presentation Skills
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, high energy, creative ideas, focus and enthusiasm.
• Able to work independently; yet be a strong team player.
• Creative & Conceptual thinker, and problem solver
• Enjoy a fast-paced team positive work environment
• Computer competency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Valid driver's license and reliable automobile
• Positive Thinker, friendly manner and customer service approach
• Proven track record in sales

Responsibilities:

• Manage Senior Account List
• Manage all aspects of the customer relationship – Needs Analysis, Presentation, contracts, billing, & collections.
• Prospect & develop new business in a region that does not have a local Radio service including Website and digital marketing.
• Establish strong relationships with customers and the community.
• Provide marketing ideas to grow client business through radio airtime and website ads.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop sales driven and station specific sales and promotional presentations and new marketing driven programming presentations.
