The primary responsibilities will include assisting with our company's client success by managing ongoing client communications, tracking client results, providing assistance and answers to clients, updating and developing curriculum, as well as direct client training via webinars, workshops and in-dealership training. In addition, they will assist the company in supporting roles in updating our online training platform, digital marketing, social media, event planning and staffing, online community management, and just general office duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide consistent and reliable client communications.
• Study Products and Services to enhance your ability to assist customers.
• Curate and provide Digital sales training and business consulting.
• Assist in curriculum development.
• Update Company CRM & Dropbox with pertinent information to support client interaction and performance acceleration resources.
• Client Toolkit Content.
• Update and Maintain the content provided via platform.
• Participate in company Social Media Sites Engagement.
• Special Projects as needed such as our annual Clients and Friends Workshop.
• Collaborates with operations team to provide necessary support for 20-group clients and the institute clients, along with curriculum for the content team.
• Assist in building and mobilizing consultant sales and services.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred; however, requirement may be satisfied with equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of retail automotive experience. Sales Manager experience preferred.
• Workflow analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of organizational change processes and operations management.
• Strong project management skills.
• High energy level.
• High comfort level speaking with a wide range of people.
• Ability to interact, influence and negotiate.
• Ability to work with sense of urgency.
