Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Assistant Manager or Manager to support HR projects and HR-related functions. This role will support talent acquisition, developing policies, enhancing talent experience, implementing HR system and building a strong workplace culture. You'll work closely with HR Director, senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and project stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. Your work will help shape how our people, systems, and processes adapt to change, ultimately driving operational effectiveness, cultural alignment, and sustainable growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding of new employees.
- Craft and update compliant HR policies on recruitment, employee relations, and workplace standards, aligning with legal and organizational goals.
- Plan and support initiatives like onboarding, employee engagement activities performance management redesign or digital processes with HR system implementation, and other HR-related projects.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, build analytic reports by using data to optimize hiring, retention, and policy effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in relevant field and Certificate in Human Resources, Business and related field
- Over 5 years of experience in Human Resources, candidates will more experience will be considered a more senior position.
- Professional certifications like CHRP or CHRL is desired
- Experience in a manufacturing operation will be an asset
- Track record of creating clear, compliant HR policies and guidelines.
- Project management skills to deliver HR initiative on time.
- Tech proficiency with HRIS and digital tools for recruitment or other HR software.
- Passion for using digital solutions to elevate HR impact.
- A team player who can also work very independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to deliver positive business results
