Compensation: $30$36/hour (depending on experience)

The Opportunity
Were recruiting an experienced Electrician whos looking for more than just a traditional field role. This is a unique position blending electrical work with opportunities to contribute to project planning, development, and potentially sales supportdepending on your strengths and interests.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical work for commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects.
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, and sales staff to ensure projects are properly planned and executed.
- Contribute to developing electrical layouts and plans that field crews can implement effectively.
- Conduct site visits to take measurements, assess requirements, and help translate designs into practical solutions.
- Participate in pre-construction and project development activities to improve overall project readiness and efficiency.
- Support troubleshooting and resolve issues during installations or project execution.
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency on all projects.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- COR Safety Auditor certification or experience with safety audits and documentation.
- Experience in renewable energy systems (solar, wind, etc.).
- Interest or experience in supporting technical sales processes.
- Familiarity with electrical design software or drafting tools.
- Ability to guide and support safety practices in line with COR standards.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Certified Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal preferred).
- Solid hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to varied tasks.
- Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to balance office-based work with site visits as needed.
