About the Role

The person in this role ideally has previous experience and knowledge of SaaS products, digital technologies and software training and implementation practices. The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and technology absorption of Viv Technologies software with external customers.

This role is based in Toronto. The chosen candidate must reside in or be within easy reach of the GTA as they will need to work in-office as needed periodically.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver implementations to new onboarding customers following the sales and customer discovery phases.
  • Develop and execute the implementation plan using project and process management techniques and skills.
  • Develop training content and deliver impactful customer training including presentations, written materials, videos and demos.
  • Responsible for implementation progress, ensuring scope of project is being adhered to, tracking implementation deliverables, and communicating and adjustments required to implementation plans to internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure external customers expectations are clear and successfully delivered.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to progress towards implementation milestones.
  • Communicate all project updates to internal stakeholders including continuous improvement ideas.
  • Create and maintain all relevant documentation as required.
  • Leverage JIRA to communicate product enhancements, product issues, etc. to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors Degree is required.
  • 1+ years working with a customer facing role.
  • 1+ years working at a SaaS company, implementation experience highly preferred.
  • 1+ years managing software implementations across various organization sizes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to professionally interact with a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, project/process management and presentation skills.
  • A self-driven mindset with a proven track record of attaining results.
  • Results-oriented professional motivated by the success of our customers and the attainment of goals.
