Job Purpose:

As we transition to scalable product delivery, VueReal is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager, Supply Chain to join the operations leadership team. This is a ground-up opportunity to create, lead and execute all aspects of VueReals supply chain - from material planning and procurement to inventory control and logistics.

You will be responsible for assessing our current capabilities, identifying gaps, and building a roadmap that balances execution with future readiness. This role is both strategic and hands-on - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environments.

YOURDay-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Own all aspects of VueReals supply chain, including planning, sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and logistics
  • Design and implement a scalable PO and material tracking system
  • Lead product and materials planning within VueReal and build the processes needed to execute on customer orders
  • Own the logistics strategy and build a team for support across all aspects
  • Define and implement inventory management: labeling, location control, WIP tracking
  • Prepare foundational data systems to support traceability and future MES/ERP tool integration
  • Support production through material readiness reviews and build coordination
  • Define and track supply chain KPIs, such as lead times, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Operations leadership
  • Represent supply chain in cross-functional planning and with strategic planning committees
  • Build the team: assess, hire, and mentor key contributors over time

TOOLS you need for your role:

  • 10+ years in supply chain, materials planning, or procurement, ideally in hardware, semiconductor, or complex manufacturing
  • Proven experience setting up or improving supply chain systems in early-stage or growth environments
  • Strong understanding of BOMs, vendor qualification, and material flow management
  • Experience managing vendors and logistics, both locally and internationally
  • Exceptional organizational and cross-functional communication skills
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, traceability systems, or supplier compliance programs
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field preferred
