We're an established international organization on an exciting growth trajectory, and we're seeking a Senior Lead Generation Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. This is a fully remote, performance-based role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on optimizing funnels, analyzing data, and closing high-value leads.

About the Role:

As our Senior Lead Generation Manager, you'll be at the forefront of engaging with leads – individuals who have actively expressed interest in our premium programs and services. Your mission will be to provide information to identify ideal candidates and guide them through our proven acquisition framework. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to lead nurturing.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and refine lead qualification processes, ensuring optimal conversion of inbound inquiries into high-ticket clients.

· Meticulously track all lead interactions, progress, and outcomes within our CRM. Utilize data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Proactively provide insights and feedback to enhance our lead generation funnels, messaging, and overall acquisition strategies.

· Partner with our global team to align lead generation efforts with broader expansion initiatives.

· Operate with a high degree of autonomy while leveraging our established systems and best practices to maximize results.

What We're Looking For:

· 5+ years in high-ticket sales, lead generation, or strategic client acquisition roles, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

· Comfortable with CRM platforms and an analytical approach to optimizing lead pipelines. Experience with A/B testing or conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.

· Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple high-priority leads concurrently.

· A true self-starter who thrives in an unsupervised, performance-driven environment.
