Job Title: Finance Manager – Powersports, Marine & RV Financing
Location: Remote, Anywhere Canada Wide
Job Type: Full-Time 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday your local time + a rotating Saturday shift (typically 1 in 4 Saturdays).

We're looking to add a Finance Manager to help us grow and keep delivering the outstanding service we're known for.
Job Overview:
As a Finance Manager, you'll handle incoming leads from Facebook live chats and comments, guide customers through financing approvals, source unit options, and manage the deal from start to finish—including paperwork, delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role. The position is well-suited to individuals who are consistent and committed—achieving a comfortable and stable income is very attainable for those who put in regular effort. For those who are highly driven and motivated to maximize their earnings, the earning potential can be substantial (particularly in Spring/Summer/Fall).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Respond to warm leads through Facebook Messenger and page comments
Guide prospects toward completing a finance application
Submit finance applications to partnered lenders
Support customers through the approval process
Source unit options (powersports, marine, or RV) from local suppliers
Structure deals and present payment options
Coordinate paperwork, delivery, and any required accessories, warranty, or insurance
Maintain clear notes on each deal in a shared tracking log
Follow up post-delivery to confirm satisfaction, request reviews, and discuss referrals
Qualifications (Required):
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (native or fluent)
Stable broadband internet connection & smart phone with a data plan
While some functions of this role can be managed from a smart phone, a personal computer is needed for maximum efficiency and effectiveness (it will be used 90% or more of the time). Therefore familiarity with using a desktop or laptop (preferably in a Windows environment) is required. This includes but is not limited to: how to organize folders, downloading/uploading attachments in an e-mail environment, filling in PDFs, and navigating multiple web browser tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals
Proficient with learning a variety digital tools/applications (Dealertrack, Carfax, Spreadsheets, Custom Online Forms, various others)
Customer-service mindset with strong attention to detail
Considered an Asset:
Typing speed of 60 WPM or more
Dual or triple monitor personal computer setup to allow for more efficient tool use
Previous experience working in a remote work from home position
Bilingual (Spanish or languages other than Canada's 2 official languages)
Considered a Strong Asset:
Bilingual (French)
Previous Sales and/or Finance experience in automotive, or recreational vehicle industries
Familiarity with the lending or credit application process
Knowledge of powersports, marine, or RV products
