What you'll be doing:

• In collaboration with the Service Manager, manage all day-to-day activities, which will be geared towards improving the customer experience AND total profitability as measured by customer satisfaction/retention and total cp labour hours sold.
• Mediate customer concerns within our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
• Assist with determining staffing requirements and support hiring processes of employees.
• Maintain positive and successful customer relationships, ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Assist with conducting one-on-one coaching sessions and performance discussions with the frontline staff.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance records for tracking and reporting.

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in a dealership environment.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of automotive fundamentals.
• Professional, self-motivated, and driven to succeed; able to maximize efficiency, productivity, and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite, knowledge of CDK is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities within a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail is must.
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.
