Reporting to the CFO, The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key member of the Finance leadership team, responsible for driving the planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic insight that enable informed business decisions. This role partners closely with operational, and functional leaders across the organization to provide financial leadership, improve business performance, and align resource allocation with strategic priorities. This role requires a balance of rigorous analytics, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The VP, FP&A will lead the company's annual budget process, latest estimates, rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and business performance reviews. This position also manages financial reporting, dashboarding, and the continued evolution of the company's financial systems and planning tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline required
- MBA or CPA/CFA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A including 3-5+ years of leadership experience
- Experience working with Private Equity owners preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare, multi-unit operations, or private equity-backed environments is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Planful, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or similar planning tools) is a plus
