Key Qualifications:
- Currently residing in Canada
- 1–2 years of experience as a Admin Role or similar roles in Immigration Industry
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for quality
Responsibilities:
- Writing memos and managing correspondences
- Creating invoices and managing receipts
- Preparing spreadsheets and other related reports
- Maintaining company files and databases
- Purchasing office supplies and dealing with vendors and suppliers
- Maintaining all office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers
- Delivering mail and sending faxes as needed
