We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our national marketing team on a part-time basis. Ideal for someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience, this role offers the opportunity to apply your academic background and early career experience in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You will play an active role in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong focus on content creation, campaign coordination, and maintaining brand consistency. Your contributions will support the seamless delivery of marketing initiatives and help enhance the overall productivity and impact of our department.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Support: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns, including web, social media, email, events, and digital ads.

Copy Editing: Create and edit compelling marketing copy for various channels (social media, email, web, blog, print) in both English and French.

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for promotional materials, social media posts, and website content using Canva.

Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic planning and content development. Stay up to date on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.

Public Relations: Contribute to press release writing, webinar support, client surveys, and conference/event promotion.

Internal Communications: Enhance internal engagement by contributing to the development and distribution of the quarterly newsletter, supporting the planning and execution of monthly town halls, and ensuring the company intranet remains current, and informative.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns.

Collaboration: Work closely with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies. Bring creative ideas to team meetings and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of marketing or communications experience

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal) is strongly preferred

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems

  • Proficiency in Canva and comfort with basic graphic design

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Schedule:
We ask for a commitment to the same set working days each week to help us manage workflow and workload effectively.
