Whats the Role?

We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Superstar who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional support. In this dynamic role, you'll be the key link between our customers, Account Managers, and warehouse teamensuring every interaction is seamless, positive, and solutions-driven.

This isnt your typical customer service job. You'll be part of a professional and knowledgeable team that truly values your contributions and empowers you to grow.

What Youll Do:

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice and face of Swagelok to our customerson the phone, over email, and in person
• Provide fast, accurate responses to quotes and orders
• Help customers find the perfect products for their needs
• Use tools like SAP Business One and our online catalog to process orders and track inventory
• Tackle challenges, flag issues, and help improve business processes
• Support the team with occasional warehouse duties (picking, packing, and checking)
• Contribute to a safe and positive work environment by participating in our Safety Program
• Continuously learn and grow through Swagelok University, training sessions, and external courses

What You Bring:

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma (required)
• A certificate/diploma in a related program (preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A background in a technical or industrial environment
• Experience with inventory and order processing systems

Skills & Traits:

• Confident communicator with great verbal and written skills
• Strong computer skills (especially Office 365)
• A multitasker who thrives under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
