We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our Winnipeg MB branch. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional experience through responsive communication, accurate order handling and effective problem solving. This role supports sales efforts, coordinates with internal departments and ensures customer satisfaction from initial contact through order fulfillment.
Your contributions to the team:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing and availability.
- Communicate with customers and vendors, process orders/quotes/returns efficiently and accurately.
- Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update as needed, track inventory levels, manage stock orders.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals and sales related documents.
What you need to be successful:
- Experience in the building materials industry an asset.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of MS Office and related programs an asset.
