Keyholder

As a key member of our team, youll bring yoursales expertise, product knowledge, and friendly energy to every interaction.

At our Polo Park location, we want to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. Whether theyre looking for stylish designer linens and accessories, blissfully soft luxury sheet sets, or a temperature-regulating mulberry silk duvet, were happy to assist our guests in-store, over the phone, or online.

Overview

The primary responsibility of a Keyholder is driving sales as a team leader, aiding in achieving both individual sales targets and store productivity goals. In the absence of the Store Manager and Associate Manager, you will lead the team. You will be expected to utilize superior selling skills, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver up to date product knowledge to our customers..

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, supportive, energetic, and enthusiastic customer service.

• Inform and educate customers using detailed product knowledge.

• Help troubleshoot any customer concerns clearly and effectively.

• Be ambitious and motivated to sell new and designer products.

• Thrive in a team-based environment to achieve store goals.

• Share your flare and passion for fashion and home decor.

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry a box up to 50 lbs. in weight.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull, or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock, and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds, including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Ability to climb ladders, lift stock up to 20 lbs. at/over shoulder height, and change light bulbs.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 year of sales and retail experience preferred.

• Dedication towards providing exceptional customer service and in-store experiences.

• Demonstrated success in driving sales and building customer loyalty.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Leads by example to support team performance and smooth store operations.
• Previous experience in home styling or fashion retail an asset.

• Open availability days, evenings, weekends.
