OverviewThis role is within the Enterprise Compliance Team and will assist the Director and Vice President in developing, enhancing, and maintaining our Enterprise Compliance programs, including in respect to reporting, internal control testing, data and analytics, regulatory compliance management, issues management, sales communications and personal trading. In this role, the successful candidate is expected to assist in the development of management reporting and assisting members of the Compliance team in administrative and project-related tasks. What You Will Do
  • Assist with internal control testing, by reviewing internal controls against documented procedures and escalating potential issues to Director
  • Assist in the annual risk assessment process and create management reporting for results
  • Assist in the management reporting, including the development and reporting of KPIs and Metrics based existing data and designing systems to collect data.
  • Review and investigate potential and/or actual compliance issues as they arise and escalating issues in alignment with standardized processes and procedures.
  • Arrange meetings for Vice President, Global Compliance, take notes and develop draft decks, presentations as required.
  • Attend meetings and record minutes with action items and carry out appropriate follow-ups.
  • Assist with Enterprise Compliance projects and programs as needed.
  • Assist in data management for various systems and Enterprise Compliance programs.

  • Professional written, verbal, analytical, organizational, problem solving and presentational skills.
  • Ability to understand and develop business process and controls.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and responsibilities.
  • Self-starter and willingness to contribute where there is a need within the team.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and high-growth environment.
  • Fully proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point and various and specialized software.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
