What You'll Do:

• Represent a fast-growing company with a powerful product/service
• Generate and convert leads, but with a long-term view on building a team
• Help identify and grow new market opportunities in your territory
• Play a key role in opening new regional offices and leading local expansion
• Recruit, train, and manage new sales reps as your region grows

• A sales pro with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Someone who's looking for more than commission—you're aiming for equity, leadership, and growth
• Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of your region
