In this role, you'll handle warranty processing and service scheduling, while also being the welcoming face and voice for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on multitasking, values accuracy, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do:

· Process and reconcile warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer guidelines

· Monitor and communicate customer warranty and recall information

· Manage the service department schedule and coordinate appointments

· Greet walk-in customers and professionally handle incoming calls

· Support the service team with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

· Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience (automotive an asset)

· Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and phone etiquette

· Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities

· Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure

· Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new systems

· Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
