$4,000/month + bonuses. Path to $75,000/year. All sites within 90 mins to HRM.
Blamed when the drywall crew can't work because electricians are behind? Spending your day mediating trade disputes instead of building? Materials "lost" on site but somehow it's your fault? Walking clients through a site that looks like a disaster zone?
Different system. Different results.
We use integrated crews who work together, not against each other. Materials get organized by unit before trades arrive. You'll coordinate laborers to maintain professional standards, track real progress, and actually build instead of babysit.
THE DAILY REALITY:
6:30 AM: Your laborers arrive. You direct setup - materials staged by today's work areas, coffee brewing, breakfast ready. Site clean from yesterday. No scrambling.
7:30 AM: Crews arrive to organized sites. You've already verified materials, checked yesterday's progress, identified today's priorities. They get coffee and get to work.
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM: You're tracking progress in Project Management System (actual work completed, not stories). Laborers restocking materials as crews need them. You're solving small issues before they become delays. Coordinating next day's deliveries. Site stays clean all day.
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Directing cleanup, securing site, updating systems with real data, preparing tomorrow's plan. Communicating with PM about what's actually happening.
No trade referee duty. No crisis management. Just professional execution.
