Modern MGMT is leading the expansion of Amazon Key in Canada, starting with downtown Toronto. We are building a high-performance sales team responsible for bringing this game-changing smart access program to apartments and condos across the city.

What This Role Is:
- A COMMISSION ONLY outside sales role focused on in-person canvassing and closing deals with property managers, building owners, and condo boards
- You'll be on the ground 3 out of 5 days each week in downtown Toronto: walking, knocking, pitching, and closing
- You'll be the face of the Amazon Key program and directly responsible for onboarding new properties
What You'll Do:
- Own your pipeline: Prospect, cold call, and qualify MDU buildings across Toronto
- Pitch in person: Walk target areas, build rapport, and sell the program to decision-makers
- Close deals: Handle objections, negotiate agreements, and lock in new partnerships
- Track everything: Keep meticulous records of leads, status, and interactions in our CRM
- Collaborate: Work closely with our team and Amazon's implementation partners to ensure smooth rollout.
Who We're Looking For:
- Sales hunters only: Minimum 1 year of cold-calling, door-to-door, or outside sales experience is required
- Comfortable walking 10,000+ steps/day in Toronto's downtown core
- No fear of rejection, you thrive on hitting goals and closing deals
- Must be highly self-motivated, driven by results, and able to manage your own time
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with property management, real estate, or tech sales is a strong asset
- Must be based in the GTA and able to travel downtown 3+ days/week
Compensation & Rewards
- This is a 100% commission role – no base salary
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): $63,000 to $95,000+
- Uncapped earning potential – hustle = more money!
