Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers in selecting parts efficiently and accurately- Provide exceptional service to retail customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts- Answer phone calls, quote prices, and provide detailed parts information- Process orders and handle payments from retail customers- Manage order shipping, receiving, and delivery logistics- Address customer concerns professionally and within company guidelines- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
What We're Looking For:- A positive, team-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills- Strong verbal and written communication abilities- Time management and multitasking skills- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures- A valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract- Solid understanding of automotive parts and mechanical repairs- Experience with GM products and Quorum DMS is an asset
