Front Desk Receptionist – JM Dental

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Expected Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay: $20.00–$27.00 per hour (commensurate with industry experience)

Schedule: • Monday to Friday (morning and afternoon shifts) • Saturdays are a must • One weekday off (Monday or Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and professional first impression

• Schedule and confirm appointments using Tracker software • Maintain and update accurate patient records and documentation

• Process patient information efficiently, including insurance verification and billing

• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident and friendly when speaking with clients

• Previous experience as a Front Desk or Dental Receptionist is an asset

• Experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred

• Proficiency with Tracker dental software is a plus

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Certification in Healthcare or Office Administration is preferred

• New graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
