Wage: $40 - $50 per hour, depending on experience + profit sharing

Experience & Qualifications:

• Red Seal certification preferred - impressive experience without certification will be considered
• CAM software programming (MasterCAM)
• Experience working with tight tolerances in metric (microns)
• Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
• Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments
• Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
• Highly driven, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of projects
• Up to date on newest equipment trends
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of gear machining processes is an asset

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes & milling machines
• Set up and operate manual lathes, milling machines, and drill presses
• Program components for machines listed above using CAM software
• Maintain machine tools and equipment as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
